How to get rid of a plugged nose!!!??!?

I've had it for about 2 weeks now and it is driving me crazy!!! I always have to leave to go to the bathroom to blow my nose. What can I do to get rid of it? Thanks in advance!!!

This personally helped me, it's called sinus flooding.
