How can I cope with academic stress??
Its really eating up ma flesh !!
Answers:
When I was in college, I used to say that stress would take out a new body part each semester!
What worked for me was:
- taking up walking with friends
- taking no more than 12 hours a semester
- taking time to relax (doing nothing, watching tv, catching a movie, etc.)
Maybe you can talk to a school counselor or peer program. How about taking up a new hobby? Talking with friends?
