Weight loss?
I'm Looking to lose some weight. Anyone got an exercise regime or something to help? I currently do sit ups and walk/run everyday.

Im walking at least 3 miles a day, added to about an extra half a mile. I do between 50 and 100 sit ups.

Something else, I went for a quick jog the other day. When I came home, I felt really dizzy, so I sat down for about 10 minutes, stood up and felt like I was going to feint. Is this anything to worry about?

Have a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat fruit between meals. Drink plenty of water. Keep up the exercise.
