The Alli "Healthy" Diet?!

Question:

The Alli "Healthy" Diet?

Hey guys!:

My older cousin, who's 20, started taking these diet pills. She's taking Alli, [the new healthy diet everyone is talking about]. She has this book, where it says what she can/can't eat, and all these portions she must have of each, etc. The pills make her rush to the bathroom, which the diet symptoms say themselves. But lately she's been feeling really faint, and she's been getting really strong headaches that mostly last all day. She has no energy, and she's been feeling really sick. Should she go to the doctor? I try convincing her that she should, but she says it's all part of the diet. I don't think this is healthy. Have any Alli users had this problems before? Or has anyone heard of this diet being a bad one?

all suggestions/help will be appreciated.!

Answers:

The doctor will tell her to stop abusing her body. She should learn how to lose weight the right way. Eat lots of healthy foods and she can be thin and healthy. See stie below. Her body is warning her that it is close to breaking down.
