Question:
I feel sick?
yesterday i was fine, but when i woke up today i was really sick
i felt dizzy/light headed, major headache, vomited twice and i got back pains from vomiting
im not sure what caused it.. i dont know if its a bug going round or if i ate some expired stuff a couple days ago from the petrol station
any suggestions whats happening and how to fix it, or atleast make it slow down.. what sort of medicine do i need to take?

You may have a virus of some sort. It's impossible for anyone online to tell you exactly what is wrong with you. If you feel the same way tomorrow, then call your doctor and set up an appt.
oh and if your stomach hurts that bad, try taking some mylanta, that helps me with any type of stomach problems and I am pregnant. and for the soreness, take tylenol. That should help.
