Why does your stomach make noise does it really mean you need to eat?
Answers:
Its something like your brain sending signals to your stomach which causes one of your organs (cant remember which one) to vibrate which causes the noise. It generally means that you need to eat something specific to get a vitamin etc, it does not always mean that you are hungry.
