Why cant i sleep?
lately i have only been able to go to sleep around 3-5 its weird. and i dont even sleep all day i'll be up by 10 or 11 and its not even the full 8 hrs of sleep we need..so why dont i get tired n go to sleep earlier. im started to hate it and i have depression over various personal reasons and im wondering if that has anything to do with it. =/

lol ok some of the answers i've got are good but the ones giving hints about oh you cant sleep cause you're sittin at the computer..well havent been sittin here all night if thats what you're thinkin.

sleep disorders are definately linked to depression. Look at getting some magenesium capsules to supplement your diet with some natural supplements to promote sleep. Don't use sleeping tablets because they become addictive and you don't get the same quality of sleep when on sleeping pills. Exercise is the best way to both reduce your symptoms of depression and your symptoms of sleep disorder!
