About operating room procedure!!! help......?
i need the OR procedure for TAHBSO because i need it for a report but it's not yet written on the patient's chart. it has to enumerated. for example:
1. spinal anesthesia
2. asepsis
3. draping
4. linear incision blah..blah..blah
5.???
Answers:
GEt the OR report from health info department. It should have been dictated imediately after the procedure. It shouldnt have taken more than a day for them to get it out. You must be a nursing student. Or call down to transcription department and see if they can print it up to you. Or you can try YOu tube. you can watch the procedure on there anyway.
