I Need Energy!!!?

I drink red bull, coffee and coke I take energy tablets and still can't stay awake, I have two jobs so need I need to be on the ball any ideas on how to be more alert? The tiredness is getting to me.

I do sleep and I do eat well as soon as my head hits the pillow im gone it feels like ive never been to sleep. I have to find another flat to move to by the end of the month and come up with the deposit money, and have a whole other pile of problems

Gees, that is a real short term option you are taking. If all that energy drink and caffine is not working for you and you are still tired, your body is trying to tell you something. Im sorry to hear you are so busy and are working two jobs but you really need to be careful as your body will just shut down if it becomes to exhausted and you will end up with no jobs and be to tired to even get out of bed - have you heard of chronic fatigue sydrome.
My advise would be to listen to the signs your body is giving you. If possible just work one job and GET some fruit and vege into your diet and leave those energy drinks alone.
