What do these symptoms mean?
Lately I have been feeling fatigued, I get dizzy, like a head rush, every time I stand up, and I have been bruising more easily than I used to. The bruising may not be connected to the other symptoms. I have always bruising extremely easily, I might just be noticing it more because I'm worried about the other symptoms.

You need to see a doctor so he can order some test in order to confirm whats really the problem. The are many differential diagnosis for your condition and we need to rule out most of them. It can range from a bening hematologic disorder such as iron deficiency anemia to a life threatening condition such as leukemia... or lets just hope its just vertigo... go see a doctor!
