ARG!!! i was eating three tuna sandwhiches for dinner. i was eating it fast. then 3 hours had gone by and it's starting to hurt!!! first it feels like i'm going to throw up, 2nd, it;s aching, third i have a restroom problem :S.
please help me!!!WHAT HOME REMEDIES DO YOU HAVE?????????????????or recommend???

You may have ate too fast, but usually your bowels do not move quite so fast. My husband does something to help our kids when they have a bad belly ache and we know it is minor and not something serious. He has them lay down on their bellies, we sometimes put a warm towel under them. It seems to ease the pain. If you start running a fever and vomiting more than a couple of times, go see your doc. You could have something wrong. Chances are you ate too much, too fast.
