My neck itches LIKE CRAZY.... I dont know why! HELP!?

So sunday morning I layed out for a while. I live in the woods so before laying out on my deck I fogged the entire area so bugs would leave me alone. Im already pretty dark so I dont believe I got burned, especially since nothing else is burned and I layed out naked. EVER SINCE THEN... My neck itches like crazy. I havent done anything new or used any new products... WHAT COULD THIS BE????? I thought it was a bug bite, but there were no marks, and today when I woke up there were two red dots, similar to beauty marks but above my clavicle and about an inch apart. (It reminds me of vampire bites in a movie), but they are only on ONE side and my whole neck itches on both sides. What is this??

I was going to say it could be sun poisoning but that is more similar to a smal rash. Even though you sprayed bug spray it could still be a bug bit or 2, but if you are really that worried you should go to the doctor and have it checked out. Because it could be a spider bite.
