For example how far do the follicle test show result? if someone experimented drugs ten years ago like cocoaine or 420 etc...do the test show up positive?

No.. Hair follicle test act like tree rings. They can show things up to a couple years depending on how well you have taken care of your hair. If it is dry and flakey it won`t show as well as a oily preserved hair...
