i need help, i've been biting my lip for more than a year now, i bite my lower lip until it starts to bleed, now my lips are a mess they are all chapped and dry, any tips to help me?

put on some pretty lipgloss or lipstick and everytime you want to bite, just remember, you dont want to mess up your pretty lips. good luck
