is it true that death is at low risk if u have a appendix that what i heard most people don't die but have lots of compliactions is this true

If the appendix is infected it must be removed. This is a simple operation and should always be successful.
If the appendix is allowed to burst you would certainly die without good treatment. Fortunately anti-biotics are very effective against the resulting bacterial infections. It isn't pleasant but most people survive. This is helped by the fact that appendicitis mostly effects young people.
The appendix is of no use to humans, it was inheritted from our ancestors.
