If I have had diarrhea for 4 days is that OK?
I have diarrhea a lot is this ok or possible IBS you think? I also have a lot of PAINFUL gas. Is this normal?

You should consult a doctor at this point. It's likely you may have a "bug," or a lower GI virus. It should pass within a week. You could have caught something like E. coli from something you ate. An E. coli infection will take about a week to clear. Usually, if diarrhea lasts for more than three days, you should see the doctor.
Do go in to see the doctor within a day or so. Keep pounding the fluids (the biggest risk with diarrhea is dehydration), and if it is accompanied by high fever (above 102) or any other symptoms (bloody or mucous-like discharge, tarry stools, signs of dehydration, etc), get in to the doctor ASAP.
