umm, i took two ibuprogens tonight at about 9:00 and its now 1:00 where i am and i the medicine is still working really well. but my question is should i take two more before i go to bed or just wait to take them in the morning? ohh btw the medicine is for my wisdom teeth cause they are coming in.

Wait till morning if you are going to bed soon. You should not be having that much pain from wisdom teeth coming in that you will need more med. If are unsure then keep some ibuprofen on your night stand and a glass of water in case you wake up in pain.
