Carrot oil?

I heard that if put carrot oil on you after a sunburn it prevents you from peeling? I know it helps with hair breakage, Is this true or false?


Answers:

due to the Beta Carotene/vitamin A content it probably is good, excellent for sunburnt skin. I would "soften" the oil with another carrier oil like almond, grapeseed or glycerin.
