What should i do ???

i have a cold which ive had for about 5 days sounds stupid posting this question but i was curiouse. Ive had all sorts of problems with my ears during the cold poping noises funny sounds. But all have cleared away and are fine now but the inside of my left ear is saw and when i eat it itches was wondering what should i do???

scratch it wash ur hands and enjoy ur meal if persists for 2 long go to a doctor
