Why cant I sleep? exercise?!


Question:

Why cant I sleep? exercise?

I can never sleep i get into bed around 10:30 p.m. but i dont actually fall asleep till 3 or 4 a.m. my mom said (because i'm only 12) i need more exercise in the day so i get sleepy at night but no matter what i do i cant sleep at all i take tea at night that helps you relax but i hardly works i get like an extra 30 minutes of sleep i havent really talked with my doctor about it because if i tell my mom about it she says it just me and that there nothing wrong. Anybody have an idea about what i can do? is it like a disease?


Answers:

You might not be sleeping due to stress. cause when I cant sleep I am usually really excited or nervous about something happening the next day. (or when I drink soda. the caffeine will keep me up all night)
What you can do is try reading a book before you go to sleep. Thats what I do. It can Make you really tired.
so if you have to read something for school, then do it at night right before you go to sleep.
or find a good book and start reading it(I reccamend Harry Potter. If you havent already read it)or try "A Series of Unforunate Events"
then after you read it you can think about what will happen next, and start dreaming about it!
