I have been haveing headaches?

Its constanly everday the only thing that makes me feel better is squinting or sleeping But can it be stress cause I have a broken arm I need a new cast I have a new sister that sleeps with me my mom ignores me all day and gets mad when she doesnt ignore me my dads always at work and falls asleep when he gets home i m so tierd what sould I do I try to drink water too not helping?????

dont worry, i have been having the same issue lately its becuase of the humitity since its summer...your body is probably not used 2 sweating this much and of course i also heard that your head is where you end up loosing a lot of heat (thats why your supposed 2 wear hats in winter!)
