If anybody knew a cure...they'd be rich.
As it is, propranolol (a beta-blocker) or primidone are the top medicinal choices. Failing this, there are several other meds that can be tried (trial and error, per person). If REALLY bad, there is a surgery that can help (thalatomy or deep brain stimulation).
