Why do my hair fall out ever year?
it grows back really fast
it fall out in different spot it doesn't go bald bald
can it be stress i do go threw alot of stress
can it be from my ear having to much wax cause me to have head or stress that makes my hair fall out
i feel pain in my scalp in head

It can be from stress. If it happens at the same time every year it could be an allergy. It could be your normal hair growth cycle we all constantly lose hair and regrow it but it's unusual for it to happen only in one area. If you're feeling pain in the area I wonder if you're pulling your hair and not realizing it.
