Question:
For those who have used or on Chantix...Does drinking alcohol have any adverse reactions?
I have started Chantix for stop smoking. I was wondering if it was ok to drink while on this medication. I have researched the drug to great lengths but have not really found anything on this aspect.
I dont mean drink everyday, but I am going out of town this weekend and will be hanging out with some old friends so I am sure to be inclined to drink a few beers or something.
(Anyone from RS sees this is gonna think I am a booze hound but I am not, so dont pick on me)

You better tell your doctor about take chantix with alcohol, especially if you take:
- insulin
- asthma medicines
- blood thinners
