I think i have a problem.....?!

Question:

I think i have a problem.....?

Ok...so i havent been hungry lately. like at all.
and that worries me.
i dont want to eat just because i should, because i will make myself sick (not on purpose, but because i'd be eating when i'm not hungry)
I get up around 8 every morning and eat like a piece of toast. or something to that extent.
then i dont eat anything the rest of the day.
im just not hungry. and i dont know what is wrong.

or i will get hungry throughout the day and will go look for something to eat. then lose my apitite while looking.
is this anorexia. because i have no desire to loose weight that way. like it would be nice to shed a few pounds, but i want to do it healthily

Answers:

Stress will do that to you. So will guilt. Not being hungry like that is usually psychological. I've been doing the same thing for the last month, too. I am having relationships problems and just found out I have cancer about a month ago. I am getting it removed this Friday. Needless to say, I have been feeling like an emotional wreck and it has killed my appetite.

Here's what I do: Drink pure orange juice. Eat tiny bites of chicken periodically. I choke down a grape or two when I can. I eat tiny, tiny bits at a time. Then I won't throw them up. I also take a lot of vitamins. Of course, before I can take the vitamins, I have to eat a half piece of bread or I will puke them up.

Just force yourself to eat tiny bits. Go see a doctor.
