I havent been able to sleep well and I dont have money to buy any sleeping medicine what can I do?
Latley I havent been able to sleep well and when I try everything seems so humid and hot even with a fan going at top speed!Anybody got any ideas?

Do you have two or three dollars? Go to Target and buy their generic Benadryl...the name of the drug is Dipenhydramine hcl. It's also used for sleep-aids, and is non-habit forming. You can get a package of 25 for 3 bucks, so not expensive at all.Take one about an hour before you go to bed and it will help you sleep. I take one every night, they are cheap and help me fall asleep, with the added bonus that they keep my seasonal allergies in check during the night.
