Question:

Staying up late, Fatigueed etc...?

I have a problem, it's not so bad during school time but, especially the last year, in the holiday more so i have a really bad sleeping pattern

i tend to do random stuff on the computer till average 3-5 am then either sleep till 1-5 pm, or give up sleeping then sleep at about 1 pm in th afternoon

I've always been a late sleeper but it's reached the stage when it's annoying and my sleeping pattern is mucked up

I have the same problem. The best way to fix your sleeping pattern is to SKIP 1 day of sleep. Then your body will want to go to sleep the next day at a regular time. I usually have this problem on SUNDAYS. When I stay out late on fridays and saturdays I cant fall asleep on sundays. SO I end up not sleeping on sunday then going right to bed monday night.

Thats really the only way to get back on track, you need to skip A nights rest then you should be fine. Good luck.
