UV causes cancer, so why...?
It's common knowledge that sun exposure can have very harmful effects, and that tanning and burning are dangerous. So why is it that a light tan looks so healthy, and why do we look so sickly when we don't have a tan at all? Thoughts? Opinions?

It is just skin color. I don't think tan looks any healthier.
