Anyone ever have little black particles in mucus?
I don't usually get it a lot. Only sometimes.
But does anyone know if it's really serious?
I just figured it was a bunch of bacteria or toxins that my body was trying to let out.
Should this be checked out by a doctor or is it not that serious?

It could be that occasionally you have been exposed to a dusty or smokey area and the black particles could just be dust or dirt/ It happens to me sometime when I'm cleaning the barn or cleaning up a dust area. Try to remember what you just did earlier in the day or even the day prior and see if that is the cause, I hope that it is...
