I think i have a gas problem?!

I think i have a gas problem?

My whole life, ive been passing gas constantly. i even made myself a motto: "i always just farted". i think i have a disease. i hear the average person toots 13 times a day but i probobly do over 100 time on average. i thought about taking gas-x but thats only for temporary needs. i have bowel movements regularely but the gas is a nonstop deal. my pals and i have grown accostumed to it, we think its funny but i cant score chicks cuz i reak. things that make me fart are icecream cake, and the aroma of dogfood. If i want to fart, i can. PLEASE HELP!!!!


Answers:

I suggest you eliminate dairy products and see if that makes a difference.
Eat slower.
Keep regular bowel movements.....don't get constipated.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Try to cut back on cruciferous veggies{cabbage, broccolli etc.], beans,spicy food,and anything you know does this to you. When the problem with gas lessens then you can add the foods slowly back to see which ones cause the worst reactions.
Then depending on if you want to ward off or attract people you can eat accordingly.
Don't force the issue........you can control it....woman have for years. We wait until we get home to release it and fly around the house.
