I'm 13 years old BOY and im about 163cm tall? how can i grow taller?

I seriously want to be taller, look my parents aren't that tall there about 160cm so im hoping i can get taller. Because the girls at my school are kind of taller then me and i don't like it, I don't look short at all, but when it comes to measuring i am.

if your parents are short then it's quite likely that you will be short, BUT a boy at 13 yr old probably still has a growth spurt coming soon. best way to help things along are to eat healthily and take regular excercise.
