What is this burning sensation that i'm experiencing?
Sometimes i feel very hot inside my body as if my face will burst and sometimes something is choking me that causes shortness of breath. I know that there is something wrong although it is bearable. It comes and it goes sometimes when i do some excercise to sweat it relieves me a little. I don't sweat a lot because of the nature of my work always at the airconditioned room. What seems to be the problem? Is there something to worry about?

Air conditioning can and dose cause problems
with you respiratory tract and it can harbor certain viruses
so best get down to the doctors,your more than likely
to have an infection and a course of antibiotics will soon put you right.
