How can i stop snorning?
I have a snoring problem, my new boyfriend has recently started staying over with me and has told me that i snore! I am really embarrassed about this, i know i prob shouldnt be, but i am.
I was just wondering if anyone knew anyways that i could stop this, without using one of them silly plaster looking things that u stick over your nose!
In the morning when i wake up i do need to blow my nose, could this be something to do with why im snoring so much? because i never used to do it, or have to blow my nose every morning.
I dont actually have a cold just seem to have a blocked nose every morning.
