I stay up until 5 am and wake up at 4, how do I fix my sleep schedule?
I've tried fixing it in the past but I just keep waking up and turning my alarm clock off.

Don't go to sleep at 5 a.m.-stay awake no matter how tired you get until the evening and then collapse at the hour you want to reschedule to.
