Help with staying up late?

What can I do to help me stay up later. Does watching TV or using the computer make you feel more sleepy. Should I eat and drink while staying up. What can I do to help me feel less tired.


Answers:

Well, drinking coke and eating cheetos will really only make you fat and tired. Just gradually move your bedtime back and make sure that when you do sleep, you get a full 8 hours. Your body needs it regardless of what time you go to bed.

A good way to re-energize if you're feeling sleepy is a few minutes of vigorous exercise. Some jumping jacks or just plain moving around does wonders, especially if you're only staying up so you can watch TV or play on the computer!
