i dont think that it has been confirmed...but rumor certainly does have it...the problem is that the tin foil is covered with a substance that lets off a lot of carcinigins when fired up...
i wouldnt risk it...just go get some cheap pipe from walgreens or something and put a screen in it and smoke away...
