Headaches, help?!

Headaches, help?
i get strange pains in my head when i get tired, or during specific times of the year like the start of spring an autum. They really hurt, and it goes in to my ear, eye an nostril, and get nosebleeds when this happens
Does anyone suffer the smae?? they make me really sleepy, and also does anyone have any ideas what it is?

I would venture to guess you might be suffering from allergies. I get sinus headaches, we have a tree called cottonwood here in Alaska and when the cottonwood starts to fly I get really bad headaches and cold like symptoms. I take over the counter claritin, a couple of days before I think its coming and it seems to help.
