Is all Tussionex the same?
I have Tussionex pennkinetic. Is this extended release? Or would it say susp or something like that on the bottle? Thanks

Tussionex = Tussionex PennKinetic (all Tussionex is the same). There is only one brand name and only one dosage made; there are no generic forms or alternative dosages.
It is extended release and contains 2 drugs:
1) Hydrocodone (10mg), a narcotic for pain and/or cough (frequent abused by pain-seeking narcotic abusers)
2) Chlorpheniramine (8mg), an antihistamine that can make you a little sleepy

There is a non-extended version, but this is called HyTan. It contains only 5mg of Hydrocodone and 4mg of chlorpheniramine.
