Smoking help! Will the cravings ever end?
I have not smoked now for about 9 days, but still feel the need to smoke. will this craving for a smoke ever go away. is there a hump which you have to go over and then be free from cravings or do you have to put up with the cravings for the rest of your life?

It can seriously take a long time. You've made it through the worst of it though. Keep going, and don't look back (if you can avoid it).
