What do you think about sleep paralysis??

I have had this experience about twice in my life......It is really hard to describe how it feels to me, otherwise I would gladly give more details on it.

I've only experienced it once, but I'll never forget it. I was so scared I couldn't move, or speak. I barely got a peep out, thankfully the person I was with heard me and ran in. It's definately a weird feeling. Here are some websites that might help you learn more about it. Good luck!
