Will looking at green stuff like plants improve my vision?
if it does how long do you think i can see results. my vision is not that bad in fact my docter said i just started. i am currenly wear glasses. thanks for your time.

No, but I heard that if you stare at the lines in the middle of the road your eyesight will improve. You have to stand right in the middle of the road though.
Come on! give me a break. common eye problems:
hyperopia=focal length > length of eye
myopia=focal length < length of eye
astigmatism=refraction error of the eye in which there is a difference in degree of refraction in different meridians
Now do you really think that looking at green stuff is going to change the length of your eye ball? how about the degree of refraction in your cornea?
And, beta carotene is important for rhodopsin i.e. it affects the way your cones and rods transduce light info. it has no effect on the shape of your eye. I doubt that anyone who owns a computer is so deficient in beta carotene that it would affect their eyesight.
