Tingling/Pins and Needles feeling-various locations?

I (male, 25 years old, fit and healthy) have developed tingling and pins and needles pain at various locations over my body. (it has gone on for 8 days)

I have been to doctors twice and they have said that "that there are no clinical symptoms which suggest anything serious" and he has said there is nothing he can do. Advice needed over both what could be and my next cause of action.

i have had blood tests and they came back showing no problems( they tested blood sugars, fbc, thyroid, white blood cell count, iron). Pulse and blood pressure are fine

Here are the details of pain.

Tingling in head-8 day duration
Tingling in left arm- on and off for 6 days
Tremor in left hand- less than 24 hours
Tingling along spine- 2 days on and off.
Stabbing pain in left arm pit-on and off for 2 days
Lack of energy - 3 days (tried exercising but muscles hurt)
Shooting pain from left knee to foot-1 and 1/2 days
Tingling/pins and needles in testicles and buttocks- 2 days on and off.
