I find it hard to cry also. Do you take any medications? Some of them, believe it or not, cause people to be unable to cry. Sometimes it helps to put on some really sad music, or watch an evocative movie. I know what you mean, though. Crying is such a wonderful way to purge pent-up feelings. You feel so empty afterwards, in a good way. I'm sorry your life is so traumatic now -- I know it will get better. In the mean time, I hope you can cry & let some of that out!
