Does sperm/orgasm wet in cold water and later on a surface have enough sperm to make a girl pregnant?

There was sperm/semen(or whatever) on a girl's bed and I took a wet cold towel and tried to wipe it away. I dont know if it dried when the girl went to bed and 6 hours later. Can she get pregnant anyway at all?
