Sudden car sickness.........please read?

I'm 16 and i have never gotten car/motion sickness ever in my life. Well......A couple days ago out of the blue i started getting motion sickness while in the car. Now everytime i ride in a car even if it's only for a short time i get motion sickness and the sickness lasts for hours on end. Why do i get motion sickness now? Why did it suddenly start?

I don't know why it suddenly happened. I used to get it really bad. Were you reading? Looking in a fixed location? Have the vents closed? Has anything in your diet changed?

I don't know why you get it all the time now, but try cracking the windows, opening the vents, keep the temperature of the car slightly cooler than normal. Keep a bottle of water in your car too.
