Breathing.?!

Question:

Breathing.?

Ok. I have Atshma and I find it hard to breathe through my nose so I always have to breathe through my mouth. Yet its extremely annoying cos' when im talking I always have to stop and breathe then carry on.

Anyone got some ideas on ways to practice breathing through my nose?

EDIT: Cliff, yeah it is. My dad's had ashtma and the same things happened to him.
