is there a quick way to stop them?

well for me i stick tissue in my nose to plug it so blood wont come out. drink a lot of glass of cold water (might get brainfreeze though). it works for me. i have a lot of bloody noses. even bloody noses for no reason. bloody nose in my sleep. wake up in the morning finding my self coughing out a lot of blood.
oh yea my boxing coach said bloody noses are from wen your nostrils are too dry.
he said to get a little bit of salt, put it in your palm, add warm water, mix it with your finger and sniff it up your nostril. it should come down to your mouth and u should be able to spit it out. try it for a few days. it should work. i kno it sounds stupid and dangerous, but hey. a lot of boxers do it
