I learned a few years ago that it's Singapore, the city state. I think that's AWESOME. :-) They want people to be healthy and selfrespecting and respectful of the environment. They keep it beautiful and clean. One of my favorite posters is of a Singaporean ad campaign against smoking. It's of a cigarette butt sitting down in a pair of pants and being crossed out and says: "The only butt one should sit on is this" or something like that.
