Stomach aches?

i get bad stomache aches once a week the whole day. my apendix have been taken out..what can the problem be?

I had stomach problems for years and doctors told me all kinds of stuff like irritated bowel syndrome, then they gave me narcotics.

Instead of taking addictive narcotics I started trying to isolate foods that I ate and discovered I was lactose intolerant. It took a while to figure out because dairy is in or on a lot of foods but as soon as I stopped eating it I felt great.

I have also found 3 other friends that realized they had the same problem after talking to me. I think being lactose intolerant is very very common but for some reason it is not at the top of the Drs list of possible problems.

Being lactose intolerant is not exactly the same for everyone. For some it just gives gas, others cramps, stomach aches, diarrhea, severe diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and combinations of all of these.

Try changing your eating habits and maybe it will help. You may not be lactose intolerant but you might discover what is causing the issue.
