Is it possible for me to learn every level in math within a year?!

Is it possible for me to learn every level in math within a year?

If so how? I did hear of people who had no math skill advance high in math but were thoes rumors? My major is Mechanical engineering and when people ask me I tell them and they tell me huge mistake and even at school one asked if I wanted to change my major but I like tech things but I suck at math badly like my 14 year old sister beats me in it...but she is in honor roll.

So is it possible for me to learn everything in math or not? If so how?

not realisticaly. even einstein could not do that!!! math is SOOOOOO huge. like algebra... it is not even.... okay, if math was a person algebra would be his fingernail!!! i know it is hard. i just graduated, and i took pre-calculous my senior year. it was soooo freakin hard!!! i made an 82 both semesters, but i had to work harder than i ever have for it. good luck, and study everyday in college!!!!!
